The Suncoast Food & Wine Fest will hold a Silent Auction during this festive afternoon. All net proceeds from the Silent Auction will be combined with all other event proceeds for distribution to selected charities. A popular part of the Annual Suncoast Food & Wine Fest is the Cooking Demonstration Tent, sponsored by the Herald-Tribune Media Group. This special tent is set aside to present live demonstrations and discussion by some of the area's most prominent chefs as well as food and wine experts. This feature offers Food & Wine Fest attendees the opportunity to observe, learn, and interact with the trend-setters who define Suncoast cuisine.
